CSA Terms and Conditions
I understand that once I sign up and pay for my membership in full that I have secured my place in the CSA for the season (20 – 22 Weeks). In signing up for Golden Green Farm Vegetables CSA share, whether I pay in full or in installments, I am liable for the full amount of the share. If I fail to pay the full amount on time or decide not to participate, I will no longer be eligible for the CSA.
After the date of the first CSA delivery there is no refund for cancellations.
Picking Up Your Share
I understand that my weekly deliveries will be delivered to the said pick-up locations. If I am out of town and cannot find a substitute to take my share, I am to notify Golden Green Farms in advance so my service can be suspended. I will not receive credit for deliveries that I suspend.
Pickup time parameters are specific to each host. It is my responsibility to pick up my share during the designated time period. If I am unable to pick it up, I will entitle an alternate person to do so. I understand that if my share is not picked up on the designated day, within the designated time, it will be donated at the discretion of the site host.
If I fail to pick up my share for three consecutive weeks without contacting my host or Golden Green Farms, GGF will stop packing my share. GGF will only resume packing your share after I contact them to confirm that I will resume pick up. There will be no refund for the missed shares.
Sharing Our Season
I understand that as a member, I share in the bounty and the risks of farming, including poor harvests due to unfavorable weather or pests, or the total loss of all crops due to a natural disaster such as flood, drought, tropical storm or hurricane.
By signing up for the CSA, I understand that I will be added to the weekly email list. This is how Golden Green Farm communicates updates and changes, as well as what will be in shares each week. Golden Green Farm will not be held responsible for miscommunications due to our e-mails going to your spam folder. Notify us immediately if you do not receive an e-mail receipt of your payment or your weekly available produce update in the email.
Privacy & Safety

All our customer information is kept strictly confidential. We do not release any information to anyone regarding our customers. We do not sell or make your email addresses or mailing list available to any other parties or companies. The registration web site is a secure site where your information will be safe.
